The idea maker speaks of a \u2018Living Machine\u2019 of eco-water treatment machines, in which a \u201cmicro-ecosystem of plants, algae, bacteria, fish and clams are present to purify the water. A micro-wetland ecosystem will be formed around these mansions to sustain larger wetland animals and plants.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Chiu won the Grand Prize of the competition, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.re-burbia.com\/2009\/08\/05\/the-frogs-dream-suburban-eco-water-management\/\" target=\"_blank\">Reburbia<\/a>.\u00a0 Hurrah.
